Job Description Training and Development Officer/Learning and Development Officer required for a leading company in Gloucestershire. Profile: Training and Development Officer. Location: Gloucestershire Salary 30000 -40000 per annum plus car and benefits Work experience required: Extensive design and delivery of Training in Financial Services essential and direct experience of financial services sales. Qualifications: AFPC desirable, Full FPC qualified essential The main purpose of the job is to design and deliver both technical and skills training. This will include experienced financial advisers, non-industry recruits and mortgage advisers. This training will, therefore, encompass the skills and knowledge required to operate as a successful financial adviser and a self-employed individual. The courses are residential for the attendees, although the trainer would be expected to travel daily. As the role progresses there may be a requirement to run locally based workshops throughout the UK. In addition, the Training and Development officer will be required to support the implementation of the companys wider Training and Competence Scheme.
