Commercial Operations Analyst
Location - Wiltshire / West London
Salary - 45,000 - 50,000 + 7 - 10% bonus + fantastic benefits

Commercial Operations Analyst required for global pharmaceutical business to be based in Wiltshire or West London.

The successful Commercial Operations Analyst will be responsible for: project managing refinements and developments of new and existing CRM systems; develop strategic roadmap for commercial systems; to liaise with various teams within the business including IT / Sales / Marketing to develop appropriate business systems and processes to improve customer facing skills, increase quality of business intelligence, enhance performance management focus; manage external providers; line management of systems administrator; run reward and recognition schemes ; deliver market segmentation and customer classification models; project managing the implementation of new CRM system .

Essential skills include: strong business acumen; strong numerical and analytical skills with experience of basic scenario modelling - advanced MS Excel skills; ability to organise and analyse multiple data sources to produce insight; experience of working within pharmaceutical or medical industry; strong understanding of and experience in CRM systems and tools - ideally Salesforce and Webforce; project management skills; stakeholder management skills; Sales experience or experience of working closely with sales teams.
